COVE — Unforced errors led to Pilot Rock’s downfall in a 25-9, 25-15, 25-21 Old Oregon League loss to Cove on Friday, Sept. 19.
“We were inconsistent today,” PR coach Jen Porter said. “We had some great blocks and plays, but too many unforced errors. I changed up the rotation each set, and the third set we competed well. We will just keep working hard to find something that clocks. We have low numbers this season so there are not a lot of options.”
Coley Gibbs led the Rockets (3-6 overall, 1-3 OOL) with 17 digs, while Kashley Golden had four kills and two blocks, Aubrey Corwin three aces, Kessa Litfin seven assists, and Stevee Osborn two aces.
