MISSION — Kenzie Hendrix had seven kills and eight aces as the Echo picked up a 25-14, 25-9, 25-14 Old Oregon League road win over Nixyaawii on Thursday, Oct. 2.
Liana Stewart led the Golden Eagles (2-6 overall, 1-4 OOL) with two kills and three blocks.
“Our girls did better tonight with communicating and getting in some aces and kills,” Nixyaawii coach Nina watchman said.
Echo improved to 4-1 in OOL play and 8-9 overall with the win.
Gracie Putnam added nine kills and hit .615 for the match, while Lilah Miller had 19 assists and Brooklynn Wade 10 digs.
