PENDLETON — Tails wagged and paws splashed at Doggie Dip Day, the biggest paw-ty of the pool season.
Local pups had one last chance to cool off before summer ended Aug. 26 at the Pendleton Family Aquatic Center. The pool deck turned into a flurry of wet fur and excited barks as dogs dipped into the water and swam with their canine friends.
Four-legged friends took to the water from 5 to 7 p.m., enjoying one final summer swim before the pool closed for the season.
