8 a.m. Gather at BIA parking lot for parade and judging
9 a.m. Parade starts
10 a.m. Veterans Memorial program
11 a.m. Lunch and exhibits at Longhouse
12 p.m. Treaty Day program with Keynote Speaker
1 p.m. Closing prayer
