Salem, Oregon – June 23, 2020 – The deadline to register for FEMA disaster assistance is July 2, 2020.

Residents of Umatilla County and the Umatilla Indian Reservation who sustained uninsured damage from the flooding that occurred Feb. 5-9 are encouraged to register for disaster assistance with the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

It’s important to note that financial assistance from FEMA for flood loss/damage does not affect unemployment, Social Security or Medicaid benefits.
