The CUJLewis E. Carter, Jr., 80 died on Friday, January 12, 2024. He was born on February 19, 1943 in Pendleton, Oregon. A Dressing Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Burns Mortuary and then Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m. at Mission Longhouse with Washat Service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Final Seven at 7:00 a.m. at Mission Longhouse with burial to follow at Agency Cemetery. Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is in charge of arrangements.
