ESTACADA — Pendleton held Estacada scoreless in the second half, but the Rangers scored all the goals they would need in the first half for a 4-0 non-league soccer win over Bucks.
“Estacada was really great competition for us,” Pendleton captain Hazel Case said. “This game was the highest energy game we’ve had this season. We won more 50-50 balls out of the air, our offense was more focused, and I really feel like we wanted to fight as a team. We were definitely able to identify weak points in our play. I am excited for our next few games and know that we can be 1% better every day.”
Goalkeeper Citlalli Garcia finished with 18 saves for the Bucks (1-3 overall).
Pendleton will play Saturday at Madras.
