Tyrone Anthony “Jack” Spino, 45, passed away at his home in Klamath California, on Monday, July 19, 2021.
Service date is pending family notification. Tyrone was born November 12, 1975 in Pendleton OR to Nadine Miller Ike and Lawrence “Azar” Spino. He grew up in Warmsprings OR with his father and siblings.
He lived 6 years in Klamath CA with his wife, Pook-a-Yamch Peters-Spino (deceased). During his last year Tyrone became single parent with his daughters Candace and Adamay. He stepped up filing a precedence setting court case with Yurok tribal court; he filed for and won guardianship of his daughter Adamay. During Tyrone’s last year without his wife, Son in law Gus Bibancos stepped up taking over Tyrone’s family responsibilities. Tyrone called Gus son with genuine affection.
Tyrone enjoyed telling stories about his loved ones, remembering and sharing his times. Family was always his first priority. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed his years at Spino Elk Camp. Riding the canyons and packing out each years hunts with his uncles, brothers and cousins were some of his most cherished stories. Tyrone loved living in the Redwood Forest and relaxing at the beach. When family and friends traveled to visit, he always enjoyed giving tours around sharing and making new memories.
Tyrone is preceded in death by his grandparents Louis and Lilian Spino, his mother Nadine Miller Ike, his wife Pook-a-yamch Spino, his aunties DeEtte Tahkeal, Naomi “Baby” Miller, and Leanne Umtuch, his Uncles Lowell “Fuzz” Spino, Ronnie Morningowl, and Leslie “Velvet” Spino.
Tyrone is survived by his father Lawrence Spino and his wife Angie. His daughters Candace Frank-Guerrero & Adamay Frank-Guerrero. His parent in-laws Rhonda & Lee Scott. His aunties Phillis Miller, Rose Milller, Luella Azule, kitsway Spino & Leona Spino. His Uncles Lester “Snake” Spino, Lewis “Blox” Spino, Orrin Miller Jr, and Melvin “mouse” Miller. His brothers Michael Spino, Percy Winishut, Donnie Winishut, Vernon Winishut, Bryson Spino, Larry Spino, Calib Wilson, Judith Scott, and Seth scott. All his nieces & nephews Christopher Winishut, Christa Winishut, Caleb Martinez, Shawn Winishut, Daylen Spino, Colbee Martinez, Mckyle Spino, Kasper Spino, Sage Spino, Shayla Nix, Micheal Spino, Aj Nix, Lexi spino, Ayiana Spino, Calib Scott, Mavis Scott, and Amira Spino.
